Billy Can Can Is Here

Confident and enigmatic, Billy Can Can is an artful sensationalist, a brooding bon vivant.

Host, master of ceremonies, guru and social conductor, he keeps his distance from the action, while slyly orchestrating every happening . . .

  • Designed to evoke a 19th-century saloon with decidedly more upscale fare
  • Serving dinner Sunday – Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m
  • Serving dinner Friday – Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m.

COMING SOON

The Victory Park bar and restaurant scene is about to experience a dramatic change as we welcome new concepts, opening later this year, from some of Dallas’ top food and beverage operators.

In spring 2018 expect to see two unique concepts by Rebees, led by Dallas entrepreneur Tristan Simon: a modern Texas saloon and a creative workspace with a day-focused café.

The entire ground floor of the west Victory Plaza building will be completely transformed into a restaurant and entertainment concept by the groups responsible for HG Sply Co, Standard Service, Barcadia, Mudsmith, Beauty Bar and more. We are excited to welcome this concept by 8020 Hospitality, led by Elias Pope, in partnership with Brooke Humphries.
