OVERVIEW

Victory Park is a 75 acre masterplanned, mixed-use development in Downtown Dallas anchored by the American Airlines Center (home of the Dallas Mavericks and Stars), The House of Blues, Hard Rock Café, W Dallas Hotel and a new 44,000 SF Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas. The Victory Park bar and restaurant scene is about to experience a dramatic change as we welcome new concepts, opening later this year, from some of Dallas’ top food and beverage operators including Tristian Simon, Elias Pope, Brooke Humphries and This & That Concepts. Helping to evolve Victory Park into a more authentic, walkable and soulful urban neighborhood, owners Estein USA and Trademark commissioned California-based artist Nathan Mabry to install an eight-foot hand in the “V-sign” gesture. It is the first piece in a series of public art installations planned for Victory Park.

RETAIL

The South Victory experience is carefully crafted along three blocks of continuous, two-sided, walkable retail. This thoughtfully merchandised street contains a curated collection of tenants who have strong brand identity. Shop independent and influential brands at V.O.D Boutique, visit Joanna Czech for a customized facial and other aesthetic services. Drop in to our neighborhood gift shop and paperie, Read Between The Lines. Finally, stay in shape by attending any number of our fitness services including Classic Pilates, YogaPod Dallas and OrangeTheory Fitness. South Victory serves up local independent fare from well known restauranteurs in Dallas. Dine exclusively at Imoto, Billy Can Can, Medina, Olivellas. Coming soon: Dibs on Victory, Mesero, Hero and Jinya Ramen. Other great spots for dining include: BuzzBrews, Jimmy Johns, Cook Hall, Cafe Victoria, Freshii, Shooters and Buda Juice.

RESIDENTIAL

Dense and distinctive among urban settings, South Victory is located in the heart of Dallas’ most relevant and dynamic districts including Uptown, Arts District, Design District and Downtown. The Victory district is surrounded by 14 residential buildings conveniently located between the Tollway, I-35 and Woodall Rogers and connected directly to the Katy Trail which includes 3.5 miles of walkable path connecting Uptown to Knox/Henderson.
