Victory Park is a 75 acre masterplanned, mixed-use development in Downtown Dallas anchored by the American Airlines Center (home of the Dallas Mavericks and Stars), The House of Blues, Hard Rock Café, W Dallas Hotel and a new 44,000 SF Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas. The Victory Park bar and restaurant scene is about to experience a dramatic change as we welcome new concepts, opening later this year, from some of Dallas’ top food and beverage operators including Tristian Simon, Elias Pope, Brooke Humphries and This & That Concepts. Helping to evolve Victory Park into a more authentic, walkable and soulful urban neighborhood, owners Estein USA and Trademark commissioned California-based artist Nathan Mabry to install an eight-foot hand in the “V-sign” gesture. It is the first piece in a series of public art installations planned for Victory Park.
